Vaibhav Vyapaar Limited is an RBI-registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) engaged in providing unsecured personal loans to salaried and self-employed individuals through its digital lending platform, “LoanFront.”

Incorporated in February 2009, the company offers technology-enabled lending services covering customer onboarding, KYC verification, credit assessment, underwriting, loan disbursement and repayment management. Its services primarily cater to retail borrowers across urban and semi-urban regions of India.

The company operates through direct lending and co-lending arrangements with other NBFCs and also generates revenue by providing application and technology services to financial institutions. Its loan offerings range from ₹1,500 to ₹2 lakh, with repayment tenures of 3 to 24 months, depending on the borrower category. Following its acquisition by Capfront Technologies Private Limited in October 2019, the company expanded its digital lending operations.

As of March 31, 2026, the LoanFront platform had approximately 86 lakh registered users and had disbursed around 24 lakh loans to 5 lakh customers. By June 2026, the application had recorded over 1.14 crore downloads and ₹1,500 crore in cumulative loan disbursements.

As of July 31, 2026, the company reported AUM of ₹81.24 crore. Its lending operations span multiple Indian states, with a significant presence in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra.

As of July 31, 2026, the Company had 56 employees, including 17 employees in technology, 11 in operations and 11 in risk functions.
